Our Client is an international producer of chemical products for construction and industrial sector. The products are dedicated to companies from different industries: automotive, aftermarket, transportation, marine, appliances and components.
We are looking for a : Business Unit Manager for Industry
 
You will be responsible for:
 

• Managing a team of 13 sales representatives,
• Providing corporate standards and customer focus attitude,
• Hiring, qualifying, developing, compensating and dismissing people in the team,
• Monitoring actions of the competitors,
• Identifying potential clients and investments,
• Monitoring and coaching important customer projects,
• Achieving given objectives and creating sales strategy for the team,
• Keeping contact with important customers to evaluate their satisfaction,
• Reporting to the General Manager in Poland,
• Taking part in trainings abroad.

Wymagania:

To perform the above tasks, you should have:
 

• Academic degree in economy or comparable degree technical,
• Fluent in written and spoken English,
• Very good know how in automation of technical processes,
• Familiar with assembly processes,
• Familiar with value selling,
• Analytic thinking and planning,
• Driving license,
• Management skills and leadership skills,
• Willingness to achieve the highest standards,
