Zadania

• Tele-sales role to identify new clients
• Active contacts with Simplika’s prospective clients over the phone and through meetings
• Finding sales opportunities/clarifying clients needs over the phone
• Arranging client appointments and assisting in the preparation of contracts
• Database management
• Customer service implementation and delivery
• Proactive marketing by way of sales promotions and campaigns to Simplika’s prospective client-base
• After sales support
• To work closely with the Marketing Manager, Operations Director and recruitment team
• To remain updated on all aspects of Simplika’s business, client-base, new initiatives, new client wins and other CVO Group clients’ and business lines’ details

Wymagania:

• At least bachelor degree
• 1. year experience in sales recruitment services ( outsourcing and recruitment )
• Good English; both written and verbal
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Persuasive
• Independent worker
• Computer literate
• A good organizer with team mentality
• Enjoys communicating over the phone
• Enthusiastic and goal oriented person
• Good team player
