For our Client, globally operating creative games studio we are looking for: 

Product Development Manager

Location: Warsaw or Szczecin
  
This person will be responsible for marketing and customer driven product development in the premium entertainment / gaming market, taking a product from concept to commercialization.  

 
 
Scope of responsibilities: 

• identifying needs in the market place,
• market research and future production possibilities, customer preferences and behaviour,
• defining a product strategy, vision, positioning, segments, opportunity areas,
• preparation for new products launching into production and on market – this person will be responsible for creating the ideas of a product and recommendations for production department,
• leading the project development process trough the whole of life cycle – budget management, coordinating of production process, planning and executing of marketing strategy for the launch,
• conduct feasibility studies of new development projects including profit/loss and cost analyses,
• analyzing sales potential of new products,
• information collection on competitors,
• preparation of market analysis and relevant reports.

Wymagania:

 

• higher education,
• solid knowledge of entertainment / gaming products market
• minimum 2 years experience in a similar position - international Product Management and Development, R&D, Marketing of gaming/entertainment products,
• creativity, ability to recommend new product ideas, very good market intuition based on a solid knowlegde of a games sector
• experience in international marketing research, sales forecasting and promotional planning,
• experience in project management,
• fluent English (oral, verbal),
• high analytical, organizational and planning skills,
• strong interpersonal skills,
• ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
