Our Client is embarking on an exciting project in Warsaw in Poland to build a 1200 Bedroom Hotel at 4*and 5* standard. This Hotel will be built in conjunction with an Exhibition Centre, which will be 45,000 sq meters in size making it the 2nd largest Exhibition centre in Europe. This project will also encompass a 1200 bedroom 4* and 5* Hotel on site. 

Currently we are looking for Hotel Orepartionas Manager


Responsibilities

• To ensure the effective development of the Hotel and associated business streams in the short, medium, and longer term, including the implementation of an appropriate strategic and business planning framework that secures the Hotel’s  future viability
  

Wymagania:

Requirements

• You must have a minimum of 5 years experience managing a similar sized Hotel or Resort
• Previous involvement in the opening of a new resort or Hotel is an advantage
• You will have exceptional Business Development and Marketing skills
• You should be fluent in at least 2 languages
