The Role
GTECH Poland sp. z o.o. is currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst.  

Tasks
 
·          Work with business and technology team members to ensure seamless integration of system functionality and business requirements throughout product releases or projects.
·          Demonstrate understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and requirements management methodologies
·          Identify, document and analyze business and user requirements such as: objectives, business and information flows, requirements of new applications or enhancements to existing systems, etc.
·          Document, analyze and interpret business policies and processes
·          Identify issues and risks related to requirements and devise mitigation strategies
·          Conduct independent research
·          Perform gap analyses
·          Serve as a team member in the definition, design, development and implementation of large or technically complex systems or enhancements and their associated environment(s).
·          Organize workload to ensure all tasks and assignments are completed accurately and on time.
·          Work with Requirements Management Tool(s)
·          Assume additional responsibilities as required
 
 
Candidate Profile
 
·          Able to build strong customer relationships
·          Able to function in a fast-paced environment
·          Excellent analytical skills
·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·          Strong interpersonal skills; team player
·          Interest in state of the art technical solutions and willingness to learn complex systems
·          Excellent knowledge of English
·          Good knowledge of one of other foreign languages eg. Russian, French
·          BS or BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent experience
·          May have some years of industry experience.
·          Some experience working in a business environment
·          Must be familiar with MS Office, MS Project and MS Visio
·          International travels availability (30% per a year)
