AREA SALES MANAGER
(Katowice, South Poland)


The company offers development possibilities in a strong dynamic environment. The company is targeting for the coming years a sustainable and constant growth.

POSITION:

Area Sales Manager will be in charge of the starting and developing the business in Katowice and around. Target of the building up of a marketing subsidiary in South Poland is to catch every market opportunities and grow the market shares of the company.

In a first stage the person will have to acquire clients (advising, product presentation, product launches) and to reach sales target. In order to increase the company’s brand awareness in South Poland Area Sales Manager will be supported by advertisement and fair presence, with the contribution of the headquarters.

After the building up of the business and based on a clients portfolio the aim is to create a marketing subsidiary, which Area Sales Manager will lead. In cooperation with headquarter the person will cover the implementing and enhancing of all sectors. HR, Sales & Marketing strategies and logistics as well will be set up. As Manager of a small team the person will be responsible for the company, the business growth and the market position.

Wymagania:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical education or engineer degree with comprehensive sales approach, or comparable education based on professional experiences
• Some years in sales activities with sound successful results (technical products – ideally focus on machine construction and metal)
• English and Polish fluent
