Your challenge:
As Application Architecture Manager you will be responsible to elaborate and implement the worldwide IS Application Architecture in order to enable and support the companies overall objectives. In this role you will have an essential contribution to the definition of the IS/IT strategy of the company. You will be a member of the Global ICT Management Team.
With the business analysts, you build the business case (identify and document opportunities) to increase the overall companies performance. You translate the changing needs of the company into new requirements for applications
You advise and guide the management on possible directions or options to take.
You integrate the chosen options into application and process roadmaps.
You define, plan and manage projects to complete within budget and timeframe, and deliver the applications according to agreed quality specifications.
Through adequate portfolio management, you guard that the application landscape offers the adequate coverage and remains cost-efficient on the medium long term.
As a people manager you manage and coach a team of application analysts.
Through adequate knowledge management, you make sure your team stays up-to-date and is tailored to present and future needs.
Wymagania:
Your profile:
You hold a master degree in Engineering or Business Economics and can rely on at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position. In addition, you have extensive background knowledge and expertise in domains such as: Order Acquisition, Order Fulfilment, Customer Service, Product Development, ERP, CRM, PLM
You have excellent analytical skills which, together with an out of the box thinking attitude, allow you to reach sound conclusions and adequate decisions, even in an environment with a lot of variables
You are experienced in coaching a team of professionals and you master the necessary cultural and organisation awareness.
You speak English fluently (French is an advantage)
